We were there for 5 days, everything was perfect, loved its wonderful location near six night clubs and 1st Avenue. The property was in the center of the city. Furthermore, sure to check the dates of the BPM festival.
There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel was a great value for the price. Its location on 1st Avenue, just one block from the beach where fishing boats are parked, made it easy to access all the shops on 5th. The staff were friendly and the rooms, even the 3-bedroom one, were spacious and comfortable with basic amenities. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and lounged on the huge sofa in Unit 9.
No negative aspects to report.

I recently stayed at a condo in Playa del Carmen for the BPM festival, and it was a great experience! The condo was cosy and clean, and it had all the amenities we needed. It was also conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. The front desk staff, Fernanda, Brito, and Luisa, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I had a fantastic time at Villas Sacbe Condo Hotel And Beach Club and would highly recommend it for a stay in Playa del Carmen.

This hotel is conveniently located just one block from the stunning beach, allowing easy access for all guests. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to the popular tourist area of 5th Avenue means that guests are only a short walk away from all the shops and entertainment options they could desire.
The only minor drawback to our stay was the occasional noise from nearby clubs. However, the hotel has taken measures to minimize this disturbance by installing thicker windows in some units.
